Step One-Desire

I would like to improve my musular strength.

Step Two-Belief

I believe i can reach tish goal because i am working out almost everyday, but i need to workout everyday now.

Step Three-Analyze Where You Are Now

I can do 20 push-ups.

Step Four-Set Realistic Goals

I would like to do 25 more the next three to four weeks

Step Five-Write Your Goals In Detail

I will increase the amount of push-ups I do in them two weeks.

Step Six-List The Benefits You Will Receive

i will be able to do more push-ups than i set myself to do.

Step Seven-Identify Obstacles

Obstacle that might get in my way might be my low selfesteem.

Step Eight-Identify Knowledge You Will Need

Find out and read about how to increase my strength.

Step Nine-Make A Plan Of Action

Workout everyday during those four to five weeks.

Step Ten-Develope A Timeline

I will develope a timeline for when and were I workout.

Step Eleven-Monitor Your Progress

I will write down my heart rate and tne time that I finsh the workout.

Step Tweleve-Never Give Up

I would Never give up on wat i'm doing
